Shape the Future, Learn Differently
Check how we approach the education of future business leaders.(CSPB details from 2:38).
We support companies in process optimization
The Business Process Simulation Center (CSPB) is a modern facility where companies can test, optimize, and develop their operational processes in a controlled simulation environment, collaborating with UEW staff. Using advanced Business Process Modeling Software (BPMS), audiovisual systems, and Virtual Reality technology, we offer the ability to model and simulate real business scenarios
CSPB can support organizations in:
- analyzing and improving processes at various organizational levels
- testing changes without operational risk
- developing team competencies based on simulations and case studies
Our solutions are used both in consulting projects and in the delivery of training and development programs in cooperation with the Wrocław University of Economics

Modern support for research, education, and collaboration with business
CSPB was created with the purpose of utilizing modern simulation technologies in scientific research, especially based on the experimental method.
This space serves not only education and research but also supports development and innovation in business process management. By utilizing advanced IT solutions, audiovisual systems, and VR technology, CSPB fulfills goals aligned with the vision and strategy of the Wrocław University of Economics, promoting active collaboration with the socio-economic environment.
The benefits of CSPB’s activities are enjoyed by business partners and organizations outside the university, as well as by university staff, organizational units, student scientific circles, and student organizations.

The CSPB facility features two specialized functional zones:
Process design zone
A space for creating process models, their 3D visual simulation, and conducting optimization and improvement work. The main projection room includes a trainer’s station and 12 participant stations, enabling effective group work.

VR zone
The zone enables virtual walkthroughs of processes and interactive participation in virtual decision-making games (VDGs) in various roles. It is equipped with six VR booths where users, wearing special goggles, can actively engage in simulations.
Currently, CSPB offers a total of 30 simulation models covering production, transport and warehouse logistics, as well as administrative and commercial processes. Users can also make financial and accounting decisions—such as managing cash flow, evaluating investment profitability, analyzing resource consumption, and conducting cost accounting for production and services—using data generated by the simulations.
